Chicken filling:
- 1/2 kg chicken salt cooked with turmericpowder and
- 2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 2 tsps ginger garlicpaste
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsps capsicum chopped
- coriander leaves
- to taste salt
For Dough
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- water warm
- 4 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup cheese grated

Instructions
- First prepare the chicken filling..In a pan add oil , chopped onion saute it well then add ginger garlicpaste cook till raw smell is gone then add all powders , capsicum, cooked chicken shredded mix it well and finally add corianderleaves and keep aside......
- Prepare the dough by mixing together wheat flour , salt , oil and water.....
- Roll the dough thinly then keep the filling in the centre then add grated cheese(this is optional i added to enhance the taste)fold in four sides press it lightly.
- Heat the tawa and add the chapathi then brush with beaten egg (add the salt n pepper to it) on both sides cook on both sides with oil or butter....
